- THThinh HuynhSep 14, 20262.0This USPS location consistently has extremely long lines, and the biggest issue seems to be understaffing. Even when the line is clearly backed up, the staff often takes their time and appears to be handling other tasks instead of helping customers waiting in line. I understand that employees have other responsibilities, but when there’s a long line of customers waiting, the priority should be getting the line moving efficiently. The wait times here are frustrating, and the customer service experience could definitely be improved with better staffing and more attention to the customers waiting.
- MMMallikSep 12, 20261.0Racist, rude and unprofessional. Laurie(apparently the supervisor), recieved my package from ups and messed up by doing the following in that order: -She didn't leave a note in my PO Box when I clearly included my PO Box in the delivery address which costed me time of two visits with no resolution. -When I pressed her by showing that PO Box number is included in delivery address, She then changed to "OH, the name on po box doesn't match delivery address" which is clearly a lie and shes just being racist insinuating my name looked foreign and new to her. When I showed the name on my post box screen and delivery addres is same she just said sorry in a sarcastically way and she cannot do anything now. - when pressed again about her attitude regarding the issue, she then pivoted and said the package is over the size limit they accept which is again a lie. See the attached screenshot of dimensions from shipper which are clearly within the usps limitations. Im not renewing my po box here next month and probably open one with UPS.
- AEAreli EliasSep 11, 20261.00 STARS!!! I ordered live shrimp a week ago, didn’t have problems with the seller he was really quick with the process. Package is labeled as live animal & priority mail was paid for!!! HOWEVER this company has had my package for A WEEK NOW! Live shrimp!!! Does nobody work there or why is it so difficult to get packages to their destination? Worse! I just received an email stating the package is delayed another week! If you cant do your job then close the facility down!
