- XGXiaoyu Guo6 days ago5.0Wanda provided exceptional service when I visited this USPS location! I needed to mail some incredibly important visa documents that required a return tracking number. While another staff member briefly told me to just figure it out online by myself, Wanda stepped in with amazing patience and taught me exactly how to do it step-by-step. When I returned a second time to check on my package status, she was just as friendly, helpful, and patient as before. USPS needs more employees like her!

I was helped by John Rich over the email and phone for missing mail - he did all the research, fixed the problem and then called me back. The service was on par with customer service I would have gotten from Amazon - I want to say Costco also - but that might get me in trouble from high standard-expecting Costco customers like me.
