- CLCisco LJul 25, 20262.0The Click-N-Ship process itself is convenient, but the physical drop-off experience at this location was incredibly disappointing and lacked basic customer service or safety considerations. I prepaid for my shipping online using Click-N-Ship and brought in a 65 lb large, awkward box for drop-off. The employee at the counter, Glen, told me the package had to be placed on the counter scale—which sits about 4 to 4.5 feet high—to be weighed. When I explicitly told him, "It's heavy," he offered zero assistance or flexibility. Instead, he just stared at me and repeated that it still needed to go on the scale. I ended up in a ridiculous staring contest with him because I wasn't given any other options. Thankfully, a kind customer stepped in to help me lift the heavy box onto the high counter. Had the other customer not been there, I don't know what I would have done. Major issues with this location: * Lack of equipment: A postal facility should absolutely have floor scales or low-profile weighing capabilities for heavy, oversized packages. * Safety hazard: Forcing customers to lift 65-lb awkward items to chest height is a recipe for injury. What would happen if an elderly person or someone with physical limitations needed to ship a heavy item? * Poor customer service: Glen's rigid attitude and complete lack of helpfulness made a simple drop-off incredibly stressful. This location seriously needs to update its equipment to allow floor-level weighing for heavy items and train its staff on basic customer service.

- TTTaraJun 27, 20261.0BEYOND slow. Was in line 15 minutes and the customers being helped did not change ONCE. The workers don’t care at all that there was a line out the door. Making small talk and moving like snails almost like they are doing it in spite of the line.
