- RHraquel HdezApr 24, 20261.0If I could, I would give zero stars. The service from the older gentleman was abysmal; he seemed tired—and it wasn't even 9:30 AM yet! His customer service was terrible; I spoke to him in Spanish, which seemed to annoy him, and then he claimed it wasn't his responsibility to seal the box. I only needed a little bit of tape, but he told me—with a terrible attitude—to go buy some myself. He really ought to quit that job if he doesn't like it. I know I'm supposed to bring the package sealed, but his service attitude was absolutely atrocious.
