- JSJ Saunders6 days ago1.0I had an unpleasant experience with Ernesto. His communication came across as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Rather than addressing my concerns respectfully, I felt that his attitude made the situation unnecessarily uncomfortable. I understand that customer service interactions can sometimes be challenging, but professionalism and respectful communication should always be maintained. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Ernesto. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity to improve the customer experience.
