- EWEthan WSep 16, 20261.09/16/2026 around 10:45. There was basically no customer service at all. The two employees there were not helpful whatsoever. I was trying to ship three large boxes, and they didnāt even offer to help hold the door when I was clearly struggling because the boxes were too big to carry through easily. I was also surprised that using the computer costs $3, even if you donāt print a single page. There were no clear instructions on how to use it, and no one came over to offer any assistance. Overall, the experience was very disappointing and made a simple shipping process much more frustrating than it needed to be.
