  Excellent Service from Queenie! I want to give a huge shoutout to Queenie, the store manager at this Brokaw Road location. She is absolutely wonderful—so welcoming, helpful, and professional. She goes above and beyond for customers, and UPS is fortunate to have her leadership in the store. Thank you, Queenie!

  Warning for anyone having packages delivered here: this UPS Store charged me a $10 pickup fee because I do not have a mailbox at this location. To be fair, the shipper sent my package here using a non-UPS carrier, so that part was not the store’s fault. I was told each UPS Store is independently franchised and can set its own pickup fees. You will have no choice but to pay or your package will be stuck.

  I’ve had a bit of trouble with the manager. When I returned an item from Amazon, they asked me to drop it off at any UPS store and provide the label. However, she mentioned that I needed to pay to print the label, which seems like a waste of time and not very professional.

  They’re usually pretty quick. This is my usual return spot. But the other day an older lady was super rude and told me they don’t recycle boxes, even though I never asked. I only brought the box in case they needed it for the return package.
