It’s awful to see someone with that attitude working at UPS. I’ve had two experiences with her when returning Amazon items. I stopped coming to this location because of her, and even after a long time, her attitude is still the same. My house is close by, but she’s the reason I don’t want to return items here. I feel really heavy and stressed every time I have to deal with her.
