⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tania at The UPS Store in Santana Row! We had a last-minute printing need, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of quickly and perfectly. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating — and even personally delivered the finished materials to us! That level of customer service is rare and so appreciated, especially when you’re dealing with something time-sensitive. Tania truly saved the day for us. I recommend her and this location in the highest possible way, and I will absolutely be sending more of our printing needs her way in the future. One of the biggest advantages was being able to work with someone in person rather than going back and forth through an online printing website. Having a knowledgeable team available to guide us through the process gave us so much confidence, and the final products turned out beautifully. The turnaround time was impressively fast, and their pricing was very fair—actually better than many of the online printing quotes we received. We were thrilled with both the quality and the service.
