  My experience with PrideStaff was extremely disappointing. The agency is run by a mother-and-daughter team, and unfortunately, I found the overall customer experience to be unprofessional. I interviewed with their client and was specifically assured by the recruiter that she would follow up with me afterward. That follow-up never happened. No update, no closure, and no communication at all. Candidates invest their time and energy in the interview process, and a staffing agency should provide the basic professional courtesy of following through when they say they will. Being left hanging after an interview—especially after being assured you would hear back—reflects poorly on the agency and the candidate experience. My husband had a similar experience of no follow through. Based on our experiences. I would definitely NOT recommend PrideStaff.
