- SSswag7295Jul 27, 20261.0One of the worst title companies I’ve ever worked with , the phone staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. I was double billed for a title report and trying to get my money reimbursed is an absolute nightmare. I would not recommend this crew to ANYONE

First we arrived but the agent was very indifferent and didn’t even ask whether we have any business here, just let us sit and wait. 20 minutes later of the scheduled time. We got a number of the designed agent and called him. He said it’s not today but the day after tomorrow. In the end, it’s their mistake to get the date wrong. We are still waiting here, no further actions from their side. Worst experience for me.

Buyers settlement statement is wrong figures and Lastly they also mailed my commission check to my clients. I guess when they don't rely on building relationships for new escrow accounts all the above mentioned is secondary for them.
