  I paid for FedEx Overnight service to deliver my passport, but the experience was completely unacceptable. The delivery was initially scheduled by 12:00 noon. It was then automatically changed to a 2:00–6:00 p.m. window. I stayed home and waited, but the driver never came to my door and falsely updated the tracking status to “Customer Not Available.” Because this is my passport, I immediately contacted FedEx and opened a support ticket. I was assured that the package would still be delivered that day. Despite that assurance, the tracking was changed again to delivery the following day. I paid a premium for overnight delivery and took the day off specifically to receive this critical document. Now, because of FedEx’s failed service and an inaccurate delivery-attempt claim, I have to take another day off and hope the driver actually attempts delivery. FedEx should refund the overnight shipping charge, investigate why the driver reported a delivery attempt that never occurred, and ensure my passport is delivered without further delay. This is not the level of service anyone should receive—especially when FedEx is handling an important and sensitive document.

  The staff at this location is actually good — friendly, helpful, and professional. I have no complaints about the people working here. Honestly, the employees on the ground are probably the best part of my experience with FedEx. Unfortunately, almost everything behind them is a different story. Lost and delayed packages, delivery problems, endless battles with customer service, automated systems and bots that make it incredibly difficult to reach someone who can actually solve a problem — the overall FedEx experience has been extremely frustrating. When something goes wrong, getting a clear answer or finding someone who can take responsibility and actually fix the issue can feel almost impossible. So, credit where it's due: the local staff and drivers I've dealt with have generally been great. Five stars to the people doing the actual work on the ground. But the system, customer service, and overall experience behind them? That's a completely different story and needs serious improvement.
