Honestly, the employees on the ground are probably the best part of my experience with FedEx. Unfortunately, almost everything behind them is a different story. Lost and delayed packages, delivery problems, endless battles with customer service, automated systems and bots that make it incredibly difficult to reach someone who can actually solve a problem — the overall FedEx experience has been extremely frustrating. When something goes wrong, getting a clear answer or finding someone who can take responsibility and actually fix the issue can feel almost impossible. So, credit where it's due: the local staff and drivers I've dealt with have generally been great. Five stars to the people doing the actual work on the ground. But the system, customer service, and overall experience behind them? That's a completely different story and needs serious improvement.

But with FedEx, a delivery scheduled for Friday, June 26th, was not delivered by the driver because my address was incorrect. Despite contacting FedEx, Evogen, and PayPal repeatedly, no one helped me. The service was terrible in every way.
