- CCCruzinitAug 26, 20265.0I’d like to give a shout out to Edwin Alexis, and Karina. I must say I walked in with my package a big package for return. The gentleman Alexis was polite who helped me the manager Edwin was so hospitable did not let anything stop me from returning my package and Karina was so quick on the spot to give me my information and receipt. I walked in put my package on the table got my receipt and walked out within less than one minute and everybody was so helpful at the same time give them 1 million stars.

Some delusional people work there that want you to show the proof of address, and ask a whole bunch of unrelated questions when you simply want your package and have all the emails with tracking on hand. If you don’t like dealing with nonsense, stay away from this location or from FedEx in general.
