  I walked in Thursday afternoon 8/20 to a welcoming “Hello!” From associates Shane & Jeremy, they were so helpful and polite, that I almost cried, after leaving UPS with the opposite experience. Also the price beat 2 competitors for shipping out-of-state. Kudos to whomever hired these 2 gems!

  Rima was abhorrently rude the entire transaction. All I wanted to do was ship a small box, she insisted on me shipping it at the highest rate. It more than double of what I paid previously for a way heavier box to the same address. I understand the shipping rates fluctuate, but she did not even offer me any other options and insisted I airship my box that has a $10 bracelet in it and other menial $5 items at the highest rate possible and actually said this. She would cut me off when I was speaking. I’ve been to this location many times and every other employee has been nothing but sweet. She was also incredibly rude when there was a confusion about a general customer account vs a business shipping account. It was so unnecessary. I will no longer be returning to this location even though ALL other employees have been wonderful, and will continue my shipping with the post office. I can’t believe this an assistant manager.

  Excellent staff and service! I used FedEx to process a print order recently and then visited them again for cutting too. The prints had a 3/4” margin and the store did a super job of getting a precise cut across all copies! They also helped me fix my own botched attempt at cutting the margins. The staff is friendly and helpful. As an aside, during my visit I also learned that they offer visa and passport photo services for a variety of countries.
