- KGKevin Garcia6 days ago1.0Truly wow, last week I came in to deliver mail, the lady was super helpful and since I ship small packages. She said next time I could just use the self kiosk so I don’t have to wait as long. But today around 12:05 I came to do the same thing, as I grabbed a package to go and do everything myself, I was stopped, asked where I was going, if I was mailing stuff today she asked three times, and asked where is my object (in my bag) in front of everyone so loudly as if she was trying to humiliate me. Terrible service honestly she was acting if I stole right in front of her. They need to do better and train their employees right. Either I can do everything at the self kiosk or I can’t. I’m more than happy to follow the rules. Don’t come here if you want one rude employee yelling at you in front of everyone and making you seem like a thief.

Second day I went in. I received the same energy. She was very unprofessional and rude to me and threw her pen at me because I needed to write my current address on a paper so she can check if I got mail. If she would have confirmed with me the first time what my address is , instead of assuming it was the address on my drivers license , maybe I wouldn’t have gotten a pen thrown at me. Even then there’s no reason for this. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Also note that this is my first time using this type of mail service. What a great welcome I received!
