10/10 customer service! I was shipping out large gift boxes and they made it so easy. All I had to do was come. They boxed everything for me. Extremely helpful and willing to work with me on pricing!

DHL staff Gabriela at Santa Anita Mall station. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I dropped off the package and she prepared all documents and packed the package for me. I did not need to do anything and just paid the fee and left. Thank you very much Gabriela.

This is a really professional shipping carrier if you're going to be doing international shipping. I talked to Jose, who is such a great guy: very helpful, very friendly, and he got my shipments out clean and neat. I'll definitely come back.
