Today I finally freed myself from the absurdity of this location's po boxes. My new workplace has allowed me to have things sent there so going forward I will do just that. I just needed to pick up a last couple of things sent here and thought it would be a cinch, only the box was empty AGAIN despite the notifications I recieved. Had to wait in line past closing time just to be able to pick up my things. I don't understand why they couldn't roll them up to fit in my former box, they were not that big. Anyway, I had enough and requested to close my box to avoid paying a renewal fee the end of the month. Staff seemed to figure out why I was closing it; i.e. the service is too crappy but felt very annoyed that I dared to just throw in the towel now that I have a better option. Only reason I even opened one here is because my apt building management sucks with mail, and I'm relieved to be free at last from all this wasting my time.

The clerk made a loud point of view on how my letters were too big and that I should make them smaller. Then she began to tell me that the letters were not stamped correctly. I did not say or do anything. I said thank you and smiled. Then I left. To respond to her verbal assault would have been justified according to faces of other patrons watching this go down in real time.

Pijush is the nicest and efficient mail attendant ive experienced at this location. He has the voice of a podcaster and the patience of a saint. He will give you recommendations as to how best to send your mail and what information is most important for you to pay attention to in your situation. Kudos to him and the rest of his team, he needs a raise!
