My new workplace has allowed me to have things sent there so going forward I will do just that. I just needed to pick up a last couple of things sent here and thought it would be a cinch, only the box was empty AGAIN despite the notifications I recieved. Had to wait in line past closing time just to be able to pick up my things. I don't understand why they couldn't roll them up to fit in my former box, they were not that big. Anyway, I had enough and requested to close my box to avoid paying a renewal fee the end of the month. Staff seemed to figure out why I was closing it; i.e. the service is too crappy but felt very annoyed that I dared to just throw in the towel now that I have a better option. Only reason I even opened one here is because my apt building management sucks with mail, and I'm relieved to be free at last from all this wasting my time.
