The.ways his communication seems too harsh sometimes, especially if you have language barrier or no knowledge about basic U.S. portal rules( I was both) It seems his patience is not long HOWEVER, more than his not long patience, He is knowledgeable, resourceful and he is definitely reliable. **MAKE SURE organize your thoughts and questions before you ask something to him or he would be moody. Lol
