Yes, it was dimly lit, and yes, there was only one employee, and yes, the employee did seem a bit checked out. But either due to the clientele or the worker competency, it was a much more pleasant experience, without an absurd wait or irritable workers.

Despite being the only employee every time I stop in, he’s so calm & helpful to every customer. I even witnessed him help someone who was trying to locate the ring he needed to propose to his girlfriend the next day!
