- GSGolnaz ShahmirzadiJun 22, 20261.0I am writing to formally complain about the consistently poor service at this USPS location. The employees often seem unwilling to help customers, and the overall attitude is careless and unprofessional. Customers wait in long lines, only to receive little to no assistance. It feels as if the staff decide who they want to help based on their mood or personal preference. Many people leave this location angry, disappointed, and without their issue being resolved. This has become one of the most frustrating USPS locations to visit. The lack of efficiency, customer service, and professionalism is unacceptable for a public service office. I am asking USPS to investigate this location, review the staff’s behavior, and improve the service immediately. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and to have their postal needs handled properly.

They were kind, patient, and made sure everything was taken care of without making me feel rushed. I really appreciated their friendliness and professionalism at the end of a long day. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION FOR FINGERPRINTS. And USPS please remove this incredibly rude, terrible communicator who openly criticized her male colleague for being sick at work all week (in front of customers). Being at this usps felt like I was on an episode of punked - comically terrible in every way.
