- HHhannibalAug 24, 20262.0live only a few blocks from this post office, so it is the most convenient location for me to ship packages for my business. I come here almost every day and appreciate having a post office so close to my home. However, I have experienced a few problems with the way packages are handled. There is often only one employee working, and when I bring 10–15 packages with prepaid shipping labels, there is not enough space to safely leave them. Customers are currently placing packages on top of the front counter, and sometimes the boxes fall down or get mixed together. On a few occasions, packages have also been difficult to locate after being left inside the post office. The PO Box area for packages is often full, and larger boxes cannot fit inside. This makes it difficult for customers who are bringing multiple packages, especially small businesses like mine. I hope USPS can improve the drop-off area by providing a large designated basket, cart, or secure area where customers can safely leave prepaid packages. This would make the process much safer, more organized, and easier for both customers and employees. I really appreciate this location and would like to continue using it for my business. I hope this issue can be addressed. Thank you for listening and for your service.
