Lost one of our packages that they said was "delivered" despite us not having the package. Were argumentative with us. Very frustrating experience. Also, received several broken packages. Would not recommend.

I had a terrible experience with a postal office worker named Shwe. I attempted to reduce my $1000 Money Order to an $800 Money Order and get the remainder in cash. When I approached the desk, she glanced at the money order and looked at me and completely refused to help me. She claimed they did not have any cash at all, despite the fact that while in line, I witnessed multiple cash transactions. There was no issues with the money order and I did not want the entire amount in cash. The remainder after the new money order would've been less than $200. If she would've simply checked to see whether or not she had cash or checked with a coworker to see if they had enough cash, I would not have had any issues with the interaction. But the fact that she brushed me off so quickly based on her personal bias, and the fact that she was very rude and had a really bad attitude, that was my biggest issue. As a Federal Government employee, she should not be able to operate based on personal bias. She has a duty to provide a service to the community and to the American public in general. Her behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable and it's her supervisor's responsibility to hold her accountable for her actions. My entire interaction with her was video recorded, to be used as evidence of her unprofessional behavior. It may or may not be posted online, depending on the response after I speak to her supervisor and file the formal complaint.

I had a terrible experience at this post office today. I drove a very long time to get there, and when I arrived, a woman named Shwe started yelling at me, saying this was not the correct location, even though it actually was the correct United Post Office. She refused to accept my packages and made me run to another location, wasting a huge amount of my time. At the second location, they told me I was right the first time and that my packages should have been accepted there. When I returned, she continued treating me very badly and still did not want to accept my packages, even though I have been shipping through this post office for a long time and never had any issues before. This employee was extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and even laughed loudly in my face. She lied to me and forced me to leave by claiming it was the wrong post office when it was actually the correct one. She completely ruined my day. I will avoid this location from now on and strongly recommend others do the same. Someone with this attitude should not be working with customers.
