The workers at this location are absolutely disrespectful. I went to drop off clothes that were bought by a customer on Vinted, they told me first to “pack the clothes myself” because “we don’t pack shipments” in such a rude way. TONE is everything, if they had asked nicely or explained politely then it wouldn’t even be an issue. Then, when they printed out the label the man said, “it’s not paid for” and ripped it off but what he doesn’t understand is Vinted and USPS handle that on their own billing so neither the customer nor buyer pays for that. I tried to show the man that and he didn’t want to look at my phone and instead put up his hand and said, “on my system it says it’s not paid for so why don’t you move out of the way and figure it out so I can help the next customer” like DUDE. Instead of being ignorant and rude and disrespectful maybe you should try listening instead of attacking on customers that literally don’t know any better. I’m literally a healthcare worker who deals with conflict and I have never spoken to someone the way this man spoke to me. If you don’t like your job and you don’t like providing good customer service then maybe you should get a different job. Being respectful is the BARE minimum. Not only that but when his coworker helped me because he went on break she said, “if my coworker said that then it’s on you” but after I showed her policy for Vinted she printed it out and agreed to ship off the clothes…this could have been done the first time around if the man that first helped me wasn’t so prideful and full of himself.

Dirty, slow, disorganized, never stocked. Don't waste your time here if you can go somewhere else. Sad, since clerks are good at what they do. I was lied to and told that both clerks did not work at this office when I know one does. That they did not know where the slip I needed was located so I just had to go somewhere else tomorrow since by this time they were closed.

45 minutes and still waiting. Place shouldn't even be open.

The line can be very long without enough customer service agents. In addition this branch is very dirty, never cleaned well or at all. The Fox Plaza lobby is in contrast much cleaner. (Don't trust the Google Maps info on how busy they are.)
