They are extremely unorganized, and none of them know what they’re doing, except for Stephanie. Also, the line is always like 20 people deep, with usually one incompetent employee behind the counter, taking anywhere from 15 to 25 minutes per customer. Today they couldn’t find my package again, had me write down my name and phone number, and told me they’d call if it was found.
