- KWKATHY WILLIAMSMay 10, 20241.0I felt disrespected and dismissed. I didn’t realize my envelopes wouldn’t stick/close until I’d left the bank after purchasing cashiers checks. They were stamped and ready but needed tape. The worker whose name I didn’t get said he would tape them for me this time. He kept dismissing me, telling me bye, okay thanks as he was sealing/taping my envelopes with much “attitude” as I waited for them to be secured he was calling for next customer while still taping my mail. I was thrown off by all the attitude and dismissive behavior and wanted to turn around and give some “attitude” back. I can wait for you to finish sealing my mail….Don’t get prissy with me….. I didn’t have to want it back to make sure you had secured the content/s in my presence. 9:25 - 9:40 am., 05/10/2024.
