  We are a military family so sometimes I have to pick up items for my spouse or vice versa. Our military IDs show both our names together since I am considered my spouse’s dependent. Despite providing this government issued ID, and offering to show a bill with our address, the attendant refused to release our mail today. This means their staff cannot think critically and serve customers accurately. We never have this issue with USPS. If staff vets the situation appropriately, they would realize having more documentation that match is actually less risky than releasing mail to someone with JUST one ID. Faking one ID is much easier than having 3 items match. What a disappointing service and I refuse to schedule pick ups here as frequently as I need to. It’s not good for families who have to take care of disabled or sick members either, as they require the presence of only the person whose name was on the package. Totally wrong and I’m so unhappy with them.

  We were assisted by Lars to set up a mailbox at this location. Lars is holding this company and maybe even this city together. Give that guy the golden handshake!

  Please fix your signage on the building! Not open 7 days a week (closed Sundays).
