  I go to this UPS Store pretty regularly — sometimes to return or pick up packages, but often to print things for work — and the team here is consistently excellent. Carlos and Lars are incredibly competent and keep everything moving smoothly, even when the line is out the door. I’ve had plenty of technical issues with printing, and they always know exactly how to troubleshoot without ever showing stress or frustration. I was also there when Erin was in training, and Erin went above and beyond as well. It’s clear this location takes pride in doing things right. I’m genuinely impressed with how steady, knowledgeable, and efficient the staff is. Five stars all the way.

  I mean are you kidding me. It’s 2 am and someone is in there cutting apart the whole place loud as can be. I thought there was a construction site in the room with me. Don’t leave near them. Save yourself. Someone in there has to look at the time codes or something for loudness. It’s a work night and there are apartments all around. Update: it went until 5 am.
