I needed to print one single paper and couldn’t get the code to print. He came to help with a very bad attitude, snapping at the mouse and keyboard. I understand he could be having a bad day but is not customers fault. He was not busy or there were not any other clients.

- MLmary leeMay 5, 20261.0I agree 100% with the other bad reviews about the terrible customer service at this location. It’s so bad that I try to avoid coming in here. Whenever I do walk in the door, I get a look of annoyance from the counter person for having interrupted his blank staring at his screen. Then when I try to process my return he just looks at me with dead eyes not saying anything. I need to ask what to do next to get things moving along. Never a single word of greeting or anything, just a sulk.
