  I paid hundred of dollars for a mailbox here. It took 3 attempts for them to correct my email in their system. Because the email was incorrect, I wasn't notified that packages had arrived – they just sat in the back for several months until the employee who finally corrected my email thought to check. I'd just paid for another 6 months for the box when I discovered the packages (and that my box had been incorrectly blocked off yet again), and the manager did not respond to repeated requests for a refund or acknowledge my request for mail forwarding when I moved my mailbox elsewhere. I will never set foot in this store again for any reason – all told I spent several hundred dollars for some of the worst service I've had from any business.

  It’s our local UPS. It can get very busy! I feel for the staff members, they rarely seem happy.

  If you need to ship something or return an amazon purchase.... DO NOT GO HERE!!! I typically love UPS and I use them everywhere I travel and live. This location is not under management that properly represents the UPS Brand. They're rude, they're slow, the service is terrible when you finally get to the front of the line, the store isn't open during hours posted on the door and in their voicemail, they will randomly not take amazon returns at their own discretion even when you have a UPS UPC Code for the return. Overall, this UPS should be shut down by the regional manager and completely overhauled with new on-site management and staff. It is an embarrassment to the UPS Brand and I will never go back to them again.
