  I should have read the other review saying this store doesn’t open on time. I was just there at 8:40 (supposed to open at 8:30) and no one was there.

  Charged me $70 to ship a flat 0.5lb envelope cross country using ground shipping. This should be less than $10. This store is a scam.

  I have always been happy with the services I’ve received at the West Portal UPS Store. I get my notarizing done there at the best price I’ve seen near my neighborhood and I like that they t passport photo service, and reasonably priced photocopying. The staff is friendly and there usually isn’t too long of a wait (if at all).

  I paid hundred of dollars for a mailbox here. It took 3 attempts for them to correct my email in their system. Because the email was incorrect, I wasn't notified that packages had arrived – they just sat in the back for several months until the employee who finally corrected my email thought to check. I'd just paid for another 6 months for the box when I discovered the packages (and that my box had been incorrectly blocked off yet again), and the manager did not respond to repeated requests for a refund or acknowledge my request for mail forwarding when I moved my mailbox elsewhere. I will never set foot in this store again for any reason – all told I spent several hundred dollars for some of the worst service I've had from any business.

  It’s our local UPS. It can get very busy! I feel for the staff members, they rarely seem happy.
