If I don’t know how to process my return on the iPad, someone always walks over to check on me and walk me through it. Last time I went in, Paulo was kind enough to offer me some water while Jessica helped me through my return. I’ll always come back to this store

The agent did not recognize this fault and pretended that I requested the package to be send to my home address. UPS confirmed that this was not the case. I recommend to avoid this store, it may delay delivery of your package and you will be lied to.

Honestly, one of the very best UPS stores in the city. I don't know why this location has low reviews... But as a message to customers who are complaining - you're not entitled to free services or verbal abuse of staff that are trying to help. I have been present at the location for other customers demanding unreasonable things, yelling at the staff, and complaining about things that are outside of the control of the staff & owner. If you're reading this and you're offended, yes, I mean you. Do better
