  Je n'ai pas pu réceptionner mon colis, probablement pas arrivé Ne possédant pas son numéro d'expédition, il n'a pas été possible à l'employé de vérifier le suivi de mon colis malgré sa bonne volonté et plusieurs recherches sur son ordinateur

  Avoid this UPS store at all costs. Workers are nice, but they are slow and incompetent. I shipped a skateboard and the workers packaged it in a box of a size of a water heater when it arrived at my shipping address. Two weeks after, UPS charged my credit card for additional fees without my authorization. I will 100% dispute that with my bank. Printing for a prepaid label for $5.85 is a scam also. What a joke.

  This store charges $25 to hold a package for pick up, which wasn't disclosed to me at the time of shipping or anywhere on the website. FedEx does this for free, and their shipping rates are also better.

  My package was wrapped very securely in a rip proof bag and taped extremely thoroughly. Clerk stated that my packaging would be “ shredded” by conveyors. My options were to place my securely wrapped package into a flimsy poly bag (which was inferior to the packaging I already had) or a box which of course they would sell me. I chose a poly bag and was told it was too small. The box was then my only option. This meant that I would also need packaging services since the box must be taped also. I had prepurchased my shipping label and they were happy to print it for me for an additional $5.00. My package which to begin with was very securely wrapped and shipping paid now cost me an extra $25.00. This was unnecessary but I was at their mercy since I had to ship before I left town. I have used ups services quite frequently and never have I ever had any problems with the packaging I used. These clerks were having a power trip and taking advantage of my vulnerability at the moment.

  They tried to charge $84 for six copies of passport photos (and $3X for just two); same thing (all six copies) is under $30 at CVS.. I can't tell whether UPS overcharges in general, the assistant was trying to rip me off, or is too incompetent to do basic math properly but in any case I hope no one falls into the same trap. Moreover, did not even warn me about the insane pricing before taking the photo.
