- JNJorie Noll2 days ago1.0I came in to ship a package containing a Tshirt (no rush). They told me it would cost $74. I thought there surely must have been some miscommunication but they doubled down. I went to the FedEx on Fillmore instead where they are not scammers.
- AMAna MedinacOct 8, 20261.0This place is a cash grab. They charge you 5 dollars to print. For a simple packing bag they charge you 8$. They don’t want to use your bag even if it has some slight holes.

I work in Chestnut St and use this UPS very frequently, it’s always been nothing but amazing experiences until yesterday. A man with black medium length hair and glasses told me I couldn’t ship the same package I’ve shipped out of that store a dozen times because it’s “too small” (a standard envelope), I asked if I could get it packaged in something larger he said absolutely not. Told me to go to a different post office because he can’t help me. He was so incredibly aggressive and rude the whole time I genuinely couldn’t believe it. As a general manager that works in the Marina and strives to keep good relationships with everyone this store is a joke and will be the only one on the block that I avoid and won’t give business to.
