  Working with this team of Mijael Schmidt and Leslie Hom was a complete nightmare for my siblings and I as we navigated escrow for my parents' house after their deaths within three months of one another. The communication was unacceptable. Multiple email from us asking the same questions went unanswered, We received replies to our emails but not to our questions. Communication was unclear and excuses were aplenty. Short staffed. Overwhelmed. Personal reasons. We were the customers. They were providing a service we paid for. We paid full price and expected full services. Not excuses. I absolutely do not recommend this team. They failed at any attempt to provide adequate guidance and I am truly disappointed.

  I just asked this company for help with an ongoing issue with a house in my neighborhood. I can't imagine speaking to someone in the way that this person spoke to me without any provocation. It was really disheartening.

  The staff is amazing! Personal service. Locals taking care of locals! Can't beat this. Leslie, Rebecca, Mijael helped me and they emailed me back at all hours. I was traveling and they made this as easy as it can be. You do not need a lawyer or a realtor. You just need them!!!
