  I asked for help loading a package into my car today 10/14/26 because I’m pregnant and got told no because the guy “didn’t have bandwidth”. I guess all of two customers were really keeping him busy. Not the most supportive experience. But hey, at least he let me know there’s a cart I can use in the corner to get them to my car. No advice on lifting them though. Also, the package box had damage. Hopefully FedEx didn’t destroy the contents in shipping.

  Horrible service, the delivery drivers constantly leave packages out on the street. They either don't ring the bell or don't wait to allow you to buzz them in, UPS and Amazon both are capable of this. Trying to file a complaint is also useless as their corporate number will not let you speak with anyone, and their store front apparently has no management. If you value whoever you're shipping to whether they are a loved one or a customer, ship with someone else, FedEx doesn't care at all.

  Fala should be awarded Employee of the Year. She was truly amazing. After being bounced from customer service agent to customer service agent and spending hours on the phone trying to track down several important document packages that had somehow been assigned duplicate tracking numbers and gotten stuck in San Francisco, they connected me to the location where they might be. Fala stepped in and completely changed the experience. She personally tracked down where the packages had been dropped off, figured out what was happening, and stayed with us through the entire process. She didn’t just pass us along to someone else or consider the issue resolved once the packages were located. She continued following their progress and called me personally with updates all the way through to the moment they were safely delivered into our hands, especially because the tracking information on our end wasn’t updating properly. What stood out most was how much she genuinely cared. These weren’t just tracking numbers to her. She understood how important the documents were to us and treated our situation with an extraordinary amount of patience, kindness, responsibility, and personal attention. Fala is the kind of employee every company hopes to have: someone who takes ownership, follows through, and makes a stressful situation feel manageable because you know there is a real person looking out for you. Thank you, Fala. You went far above and beyond, and we are incredibly grateful.
