  Jason was super helpful and kind , I was having a hard time thinking about my big move to the east coast and dealing with shipping my stuff there and Jason made the process very smooth.

  Wanted to drop off a prepaid label item and they wouldn’t take it for free. There’s a $4 drop off convenience fee, because it is inside the hotel. Go to the one inside Walgreens at Sutter instead. Waste of time.

  Very helpful! They have a 24/7 self-serve shipping/printing center one floor up from the lobby and a staffed office on the 2nd floor. They helped me package up some items into one of the free FedEx Express boxes. I was able to email them a label to attach (but you could of course also purchase one through them).

  Dave went above and beyond trying to help me to print my posters. I highly recommend this location!
