  I’ve had multiple uncomfortable experiences with one staff member, Nica, and I’m honestly surprised she was hired to work a customer service facing role. My job requires me to ship packages from time to time, and during one visit, Nica told me that I “should not come back” because I was making other people’s jobs harder. It's a company that ships packages... On another visit, I wasn’t sure which box size I needed. Rather than helping me figure out the correct option, she repeatedly told me I was using the wrong size without offering any guidance. I’m not a FedEx expert, that’s exactly why I was asking for assistance. I have almost switched to a different fed ex location because I would just rather not be helped by her.

  Alex was very helpful on the phone when I had questions. Later I took items to be wrapped, packed & shipped. Again, Alex was knowledgeable, & able to answer all of my questions. He accepted my items, and explained things on the receipt I asked about. 100% helpful, and great attitude!

  Really unhelpful staff. Wouldn’t take a drop off package 10 minutes before closing. This was on August 31st. Very disappointed in FedEx.

  Wonderful experience shipping a framed commemoration! Ellie greeted me as I walked in and I asked if she could help me send a framed commemoration (23" x 25"). She identified the proper box and shipping options. The whole transaction was quick and I felt like a valued customer. The best part was that I didn't have to pack it!

  The manager LA is the best!🙏🏾 I needed help faxing and she walked me through everything step by step.
