  Wonderful experience shipping a framed commemoration! Ellie greeted me as I walked in and I asked if she could help me send a framed commemoration (23" x 25"). She identified the proper box and shipping options. The whole transaction was quick and I felt like a valued customer. The best part was that I didn't have to pack it!

  Staff is always so patient and nice. I was having trouble with the self-serve printers, and L.A. helped me turn around a print order quickly and did the print job themselves.

  Came in here to send a package, never used fedex before. The lady behind the counter was professional. She walked me through the steps and gave me a quoted price, answered my questions, inputted the information into the computer and printed the label for me. I felt the whole experience went smoothly.

  I walked through almost all of Chinatown trying to print two flyers. At one place, I was told there's a $40 minimum order, plus another $40 for lamination. So, $80 total for two flyers, just for the minimum and lamination. At another place, they started printing the flyers for about the same price as FedEx, but when the first flyer came out, I realized the quality wasn't just bad - it was awful. The paper was extremely low quality, the colors were completely dull, and there were horizontal lines across it. Naturally, I stopped them. They demanded payment, and then it turned out they were cash-only. When I wanted to pay by card, they slapped on an extra $2 surcharge. Finally, I walked into FedEx! It was cool, quiet, and had smiling staff. They listened to me, gave me specific recommendations tailored to my needs, and printed and double laminated the flyers. They exceeded my expectations. I print flyers regularly and occasionally go to FedEx, but this time, the quality of customer service, printing, paper, and the overall job was on an unbelievably high level! 15+ out of 10. I'm incredibly impressed. Highly recommend.
