This is the second time DHL has failed to deliver my package to my location, and both times the tracking information falsely stated that no one was available to receive it. My partner was home and available to receive the package. Because of DHL’s failed delivery attempt, I changed the delivery to pick it up at a DHL location that was stated to be open until 8:00 PM. However, when I arrived, the location was already closed at 6:00 PM. This is completely unacceptable. I paid for express shipping and additional freight charges for a service that has not been properly provided. Instead of receiving my package as promised, I have had to waste my time dealing with repeated delivery failures and incorrect operating-hour information. I expect DHL to explain what went wrong, correct this issue immediately, and address the additional inconvenience caused by these failures. I paid for express delivery, and I expect the level of service that I paid for.

The staff is super friendly and nice! I had an urgent time-sensitive package that needed to be picked up and the staff coordinated it very well for me and had it ready before my deadline.

The service point closed at least 10 mins early with no explanation. Horrible service, the whole trip for nothing
