- ARA R6 days ago5.0Davee at this location is absolutely amazing. She's kind and offered exceptional customer service. So grateful for her help during a stressful move. Also, this location has a large parking lot and was easy to find.

It must be nice working there - requires zero effort, just need to say you tried 😂Couriers are so incompetent that I don’t bother to try re-delivery again. Just do pick up to save you from all the hassle.

And after changing the pick up to the local DHL location I get an email at 7 pm that I can pick it up till 8 pm! I rushed there and spend 30 min driving to get there at 7:30! I have been told that they are close at 6!!!! The worst shipping company! Doesn't deserve eveb 1 star!

When I arrived, there wasn’t anyone at the counter (which makes sense), but there was a clearly marked “ring for service” button. I pressed it and George came out within about 30 seconds. George was fantastic. He was incredibly courteous and walked me through the entire process step by step, explaining exactly what he was doing and why. For a high-value shipment to Belgium, that level of transparency made a huge difference and gave me a lot of confidence in their process. Everything felt secure, organized, and professional. I would absolutely use this location again, and George was a gem!
