  Alex and Hannah were both so kind, patient, and welcoming! They went above and beyond to help me with my shipment and made me feel completely comfortable, even though it was close to closing time. They are both wonderful and provide excellent customer service!

  Great Service, Amazing People, and a Wonderful Experience! I’ve been coming to this UPS Store since it first opened in 2023, and every experience has been excellent. The manager and staff have always been incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. I run a small business and occasionally need to ship materials, and the manager is always willing to take the time to explain exactly what packaging I need to make sure everything is shipped safely and as cost-effectively as possible. I’ve also had documents notarized here several times, and the service has always been great. Just this week, I accidentally had the wrong document notarized and had to come back with the correct one. The manager was extremely understanding and notarized the new document for me at no additional cost. That kind of customer service really says a lot. This store is a great asset to our community, and I truly can’t thank the team enough for all their help over the years. I’ll definitely continue coming here and supporting this location. Thank you to the entire team, and I wish you all continued success! Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I love this location. I have always been greeted kindly and Arsen has always been so professional, helpful and most of all really quick to get his costumers taken care of. If you had a bad experience with him it's probably on a personal level OR you don't take responsibility for your mistakes and came and took it out on him and the nice girl. Start taking some accountability people, you cuss someone out? Guess what? You're Probably going to receive the same energy. Anywho, this store and the employees are amazing.

  I just called to ask a question about having my package rerouted to The UPS store, because of my work schedule I am not able to get my package. I called and the guy who answered when I called the store at 6:40 was so rude. I was trying to ask how much it would cost me to pick up my package there, after paying the fee on the app, his response is if you try to use my address for free shipping I will reject your package. Very extremely rude, what a shame. The UPS store can do better. Upon reading other reviews I realize the Rude employee is none other than Arsen. Wow unbelievably bad attitude.

  I had an excellent experience at The UPS Store in San Fernando, and I especially want to recognize Arsen for his kindness and outstanding customer service. I was returning some large, heavy packages, and Arsen noticed me walking toward the store. Without me even having to ask, he came outside to my car and immediately offered to help. He could see that carrying the packages might be difficult for me, and he genuinely would not let me struggle with them. That small act of kindness meant a lot to me. He was respectful, attentive, and went above and beyond what I would normally expect. Arsen is a great example of what excellent customer service looks like—helpful, observant, and genuinely considerate of the customer. Please recognize him for the way he treats people. Experiences like this are why customers remember and return to a business. Thank you, Arsen. I really appreciated your help today.
