  Ron was upfront and honest. The shipping industry is fraught with fraudsters. I am happy to endorse Wright Way for coming through with all that they said they would do and at the price they promised.

  Wright’s Moving was very easy to work with and did the best job protecting normal goods I have ever experienced using s mover and an outstanding job creating valuable pieces . I would use them again and highly recommend them . Great people to work with . With that said , the distributors that made the final deliveries in both Rhode Island and in Florida , had issues . They delivered on time and were pleasant to work with but in both cases they sent the wrong kind of equipment for the delivery or failed to send the number of people to do the job that was ordered. In Florida they sent a semi truck without a power lift so the pallets had to be opened in the truck and the driver and I had to lower each carton and crate by hand . The driver was great but we were both out in a bad position . In Rhode Island that distributor only sent the driver and expected him to move three dressers , a sofa bed and lots of carton himself . The company kept on pretending they were sending another person. They never did . My sister hired a neighbor to help the driver do the moving the firm was paid to do. So it make have just been a coincidences but both distributors of the freight were subpar while Wright’s was outstanding .
