She tried sending me away before even hearing why I was there (my package is at this post office according to the USPS tracking number website, but after "checking" for it she told me it's not there). Do better.

But I have an understanding about that, seeing that nearly the whole counter was buried under packages, boxes, mail... I had to wait for a while but not exceeding five minutes.
