I paid for overnight shipping specifically to ensure it arrived on time. Yet, three days later, the package is still sitting in San Diego. This is completely unacceptable. When customers pay a premium for overnight delivery, they expect the service they were promised. The delay has put an important matter at risk, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of reliability and urgency shown in handling this shipment.
