- FFFidelJun 20, 20261.0Came in to pick up my mail after submitting a pickup request, only to be told it wasn’t there and was out for delivery. I was told I would receive a callback, but no one ever contacted me before closing. When I returned a few minutes after closing to get clarification, the employee I spoke with was rude and unhelpful. The whole experience was frustrating and poorly handled. I simply wanted to pick up my mail as requested, but instead received inconsistent information and no follow-up. Very disappointing customer service.
