Unfortunately none of the clerks speak English. On top of it; they wear masks. It is impossible to understand them. Every person in line asked multiple times for them to repeat, particularly Lilly who on top of that is extremely rude. She should not have this job or any public facing job. I understand and respect English as a second language but not in a government position dealing with the public.

Terrible service. *If you have a QR code, GO TO THE SELF-SERVE KIOSK, NOT THE FULL SERVICE COUNTER.* This place needs a second self-serve kiosk. There is almost always a line at the kiosk because the staff refuses to assist with any simple task like scanning a QR code even if they have no line.

Avoid this location if you have a QR code package. I’ve been coming here a few times in a past few months and it’s the same scam every time: you wait in line 20-30 minutes because the staff is painfully slow, only to be told the QR scanner “isn’t working” — except it does work, a coworker confirmed it right in front of me. One Indian employee in particular is constantly rude, gives attitude, and I’ve watched her argue with at least three different customers. She’s the one who insists the scanner is down and sends everyone to the self-service kiosk instead — which is ancient, laggy, and makes you print a separate receipt for every single package. So a 5-minute drop-off turns into 40+ minutes of nonsense. The sign telling people to use the kiosk is also placed where customers standing in line block it completely, so nobody even knows the option exists until they’ve already wasted half an hour. Management needs to retrain staff or fix the equipment. Avoid if you can use a different branch.

I needed help sending a package to Japan and making sure that I had the right address information entered in the correct boxes on the label and customs form since their address format is a little different than ours -- I didn't want to risk writing something wrong and have my package end up at the wrong place. The first woman I went to at the counter said she couldn't help me and turned me away, but ✨Mack✨ stepped in to save the day. He is from Japan and was very knowledgeable in helping me to decode the address and make sure I had everything correct. I was very nervous and messed up a few times but he was very patient with me. He is a treasure; I wish my local post office had someone as helpful and patient as him!
