- GRGrace RoldanAug 24, 20261.0I went to Mira Mesa location to mail a package that I have a QR code for and was told by Lily to do it outside. The lady named Lily in the counter would not help me at all and just turned her back. She was very rude, should not be working at a customer service, she’s a bad representation for the post office. I always go to Poway location and have no problem at all, staff at that location is super helpful and friendly, I guess it depends on the location, will never go to Mira Mesa location, they don’t know how to treat and respect their customers.
- GGGAug 17, 20261.0Absolutely horrendous. Still attempting to locate a missing package; calls to this location are never answered and are DELIBERATELY ignored. As I write this I have had my call ignored 5 times in a row, they just accidentally answered, I heard background noise and conversation and when they realized they picked up they promptly hung up without a word. Went in person to try and find this package and was met with an incredibly rude individual who could not speak coherent English and refused to take 30 seconds to look for the missing package. I see she has been mentioned in previous negative reviews. What does it take to get a manager on the scene? Genuinely astonished by the level of incompetence.

A lady waited for me to go in because she wasn’t comfortable going in by herself. Why is safety and security not enforced here?
- AHAlex HJul 20, 20261.0Im writing this as i stand in line waiting for one of the two employees to finish helping a line of people. As I'm waiting Im watching an employee CARELESSLY tossing packages marked FRAGILE into the back, severql of them hitting the ground as she misses the container. My package was not picked up or delivered, and I was basically SHAMED by the front lady for not knowing the tracking number for a package I already sent out. She was extremely rude and dismissed my questions immediately. I have never been so angry while dealing with someone who was working behind a desk. Now my package is lost and im not getting refunded or paid. Unbelievably unprofessional, if this kind of behavior continues from this lady I'm going to report her.
