- LBLyudmila ByalikJul 30, 20261.0Package was delivered by USPS mailman and left at a separate parcel box with the separate key to open said parcel box. The Keychain left by a mailman did not have any key attached to it, so it's not possible to pick it up. When called the office I was immediately hung up on after spending close to an hour with their automated voice answering bot. I'm not sure why the mail person would leave a keyless chain in my mailbox in a first place. But after the person promptly hung up on me before I could say a word , I can see a pattern.

I went in on Monday 7/20 and mailed out important signed documents along with a check to be delivered express next day delivery with signature to Fresno and it still haven’t arrived!! It is now Thursday 7/23. The documents are due tomorrow 7/24. I am in San Diego and it has been 3 days and still have not been delivered!! I paid extra for the express delivery. I could have delivered the paperwork myself if I had know this is how long it took!! It only takes 7 hours to get to Fresno. I read all the negative reviews on here and its not just this location being a problem, the entire postal system need fixing or changed. It’s so inefficient. I called this location and no one answers the phone at 4:30pm on 7/22. I called the main post office and the rep transferred me to her “lead” and her lead couldnt do anything apparently. It is so inefficient. Also, my original review from last night got deleted. This one will also be deleted I am guessing.

I come in at 9:10am to a line of 21 people, only 2 opened registers (including one guy who clearly needs some coffee or maybe a different job), and 2 other staff members wondering in the background. At 9:36am the third register opens but the slow-moving guy mentioned above disappears abandoning his station 🤦🏼♀️
- EBElena BaranovschiJul 3, 20261.0I would put 0 if i could. I am getting frustrated again and again about this specific office. I waited in line over 45 minutes to drop 2 envelopes. One worker and 3 supervisors who don’t give a thing about waiting people in line. Mail box full. Stand with priority envelopes and labels was not full filled. So unorganized.
