This location is constantly understaffed with only one or two clerks working, so the line backs up fast whenever someone has a complicated issue. Their equipment can also be unreliable. Printers jam constantly, and the main system goes down every now and then. The Smart Locker is great when it works, but it is turned off or down so frequently that using it is pure luck. I am still giving 3 stars because the staff is very friendly, and it is always nice to get to talk with Marlon and Carol. Avoid if you are on a tight schedule, though.
