- AAAngelMay 2, 20261.0The supervisor at that location is unnecessarily Rude and was of no help to me and my situation didn’t care at all left me waiting in the lobby until they closed all there stations in my face and never came back out to assist me it’s crazy to be that miserable she was even being rude to the employees ughhhhhh bad spirit and can someone say comb use one
- MMMr MarkApr 29, 20265.0I sincerely enjoy this beautiful Post Office on E St, in downtown San Diego. The staff have always been friendly and courteous, upbeat and ready to help where they can. Today I visited to buy a Postal Money Order. I walked right up to the counter, no waiting in line, and had the extreme pleasure of having Ms. Carol at the window. What an excellent experience! She's so great, professional and has one heck of a beautiful smile. If you have the opportunity to have Ms. Carol as your Post Office Window Person, you are going to be amazed and delighted with the awesome level of service she provides! Thank you, Carol!!

Alright, that's fine. But why did the lady there look at me like I was the crazy one? I don't appreciate being sneered at for asking something they think is stupid. It's very rude.
