- BCBrylyn ChanSep 14, 20261.0Terrible experience at the Miramar Post Office. I was literally the only customer in there, standing right in front of the employee, and she knew exactly what I needed. I was trying to complete a change of address, and all that needed to happen was for my completed form to be put in the mail. Instead of helping me with something that would have taken less than a minute, she told me to come back in an hour because she was going to lunch. The Marine working there could not help me, which makes absolutely no sense. What is the point of having staff there if nobody is able or willing to provide a basic service? Even when I first arrived, I asked for a piece of paper so I could fill out the change-of-address form, and instead of simply giving me what I asked for, she told me I could do it online. That was clearly not what I was asking. The entire interaction was dismissive, unhelpful, and unnecessarily difficult. There was no line, no rush, and no reason I should have been told to leave and come back an hour later for something so simple. Both the civilian and Marine staff were completely useless in helping resolve the situation. The customer service here seriously needs improvement, because the employees came across as incompetent and unwilling to do even the most basic part of their jobs.

No need to give it 1 star because you can’t access it. The staff is very kind and professional. I like to go to this location because it is clean, good parking and even when busy they move the line along quickly.
