  USPS is never easy to deal with. It is difficult to get a PO Box( A LOT OF MAIL SCAM AND THEFT HAPPENING NOW )because they haven't changed the document requirements since like 1935. You need a an actual voters registration card, some sort vehicle or renter insurance card, or a lease, deed or trust connected to a residence. They won't accept any other secondary form of proof of address not even with your Valid DL or ID, but they WILL TAKE your money first lol. When I first arrived, the first counter agent I spoke with didn't even know how to help me. He said I could speak to a supervisor or send me back through the line to talk to someone that knew more. When I asked to just speak with the supervisor, he couldn't find him. So, I waited in line again to speak with one of the more knowledgeable agents. She was very nice but confirmed I couldn't complete my reservation with the docs I had. (I had my DL, rent receipt because I rent month to month from a slumlord, and my voters ballot, but not the "registration card") She also stopped to ask the supervisor but no one could find this dude for like 30 minutes. I contacted my landlord while still in the office and the supervisor finally showed back up. The line was long for the agents so I just quickly got his attention to ask and make sure I at least had 30 days to get documents. He was hesitant to talk to me and it seemed like he could barely understand what I was trying to ask (it was a SIMPLE question) and when he did understand he refused to answer the question or give dates because I did everything online and they have nothing to do with online, DESPITE THE FACT that you literally have to go in to a physical location with your application and documents to finish the process. I'm giving two stars because of the kind agents at the front desk with exception of the one who didn't know nothing about nothing, were helpful and should have their supervisor's job. 😁

  the staff here are as polite, patient, and helpful as they can be given this is a depressing government-run office. the issues with this location come from the top. the self-service kiosk is inoperable at least once per week, creating massive lines out the door. since this location is understaffed every day, you need to budget at the very least a half hour just to ship packages with a prepaid label. i don’t understand why the kiosk only works half the time. i go to the post office several times per week, every week, and i have only ever seen the same four employees there which tells me they are overworked and no doubt underpaid. this location needs to staff better and have a kiosk that actually works.

  They really have to make it look as sad as possible in every post office to give the illusion they're spending their government money as efficiently as possible

  The person that helped me was very nice and helpful I came in stressed about getting a passport renewal but carlos was very nice and made the process of getting everything together alot easier

  I tried shipping two packages using the self-service kiosk. One went through, but the second didn’t, so I got in line for help. Tees wouldn’t let me finish explaining and immediately told me, “We don’t do printable labels,” insisting they only accept QR codes. She was rude and didn’t even try to check the machine or help me troubleshoot the issue. I left, only to later receive a notification that the second package had shipped—even though I still have the package at home. So apparently, printable labels DO work. Instead of arguing with me, it would have been much more helpful to simply check the machine. Very frustrating experience.
