I came at 1:30pm Tuesday, for a change of address (which I tried to do online but was informed I had to do it in person, after charging me a fee lol. ) The staff gave me a form, I filled it out in line, and I was out within 15 minutes. No cost, no fuss. I am very appreciative of the employees help!
