It’s good, very clean and probably my favorite USPS which isn’t saying too much but I come to this one often. Sometimes I get very friendly service. Recently, I brought in a pre-paid package where I had trimmed the edge of the shipping label. The clerk refused to accept it, incorrectly saying that cut labels cannot be shipped. I later learned that yes they can be, and the actual postal regulation: the issue was simply that trimming it had obscured my return address. If the clerk had actually noticed the issue and just offered me a pen to write my return address in the corner, the problem would have been solved in five seconds. Instead, I was turned away with an invalid reason without any logical guidance as to resolve the issue quicker. On a previous visit, I needed 2-3 pieces of tape to secure a return package. Instead of simply taping it or handing me the dispenser, the staff member gave me an unnecessary reminder about how I need to have my packages fully taped before arriving. It is weird and unprofessional to "scold" a customer over a one-time, minor courtesy request. If I was doing this chronically and the staffer recognized me then it would be actually helpful, but even in such a case, that it doesn’t call for the annoyed tone used when I was asking for help. The good news is, there was some older guy with glasses who was super rude, even to an older lady who needed help. I don’t see him anymore but he was a jerk to her and a bit rude to me even when I was asking questions. Suffice to say, I’m glad he no longer serves the front. Overall good decent place, just some complaints about service (and wishing maybe they’d extend the closing times for all USPS locations about an hour or two).

I request to get out of work early to show up on time asoonest they open walk-ins for Passport application, after 30 minutes in line, the lady told me that they are not taking walk-ins because some of the "Staff didn't show up for work", I told her that I tried to call the facility to make sure that they were taking walk-ins, and she replied that they don't answer the phone because they're "busy". It's just incredibly the level of incompetence they are, and nobody hold them accountable.

I keep getting mail and packages from the previous owner to my residence. From USPS. I've done the whole "return to sender" crossing off the barcodes, leaving it in the mailbox for pickup and no one has picked it up. So I went to this postal service, since this illegal to throw away mail, to drop it off to them. The lady at the counter takes a glance and says "we can't take that" I ask why and what do I do with them then? And she responds "I don't know but I don't even know if USPS delivered them" like ok. So I guess I'm supposed to go to each mail service carrier to figure out who will take back mail not mine? When I've watched USPS deliver it? Cool.

Thankyou thankyou troy and darling for your help with my passport application. Every post office needs people like them. i didnt have a passport appointment last friday, i just went to ask information since it wasnt too far from my house. Troy told me that if i have my documents with me、they will help me since i was already there. I went back home to grab everything i need and when i got back to the post office, they were very extremely helpful, they helped me with a smile. Troy explained to me everything in details. I would give them a 10 star if i can. Thankyou
