- EREd RutmayerJan 6, 20201.0Worst out of all of the cities I have lived in. - I've had two or three birthday cards stolen internally (somewhere between pickup, and delivery) . - they leave packages sitting on the ground outside. - they expect citizens to pay "protection money". They call it "insurance". You pay to ship or send something but if you actually want it to reach its destination, and if you don:t want sticky hands in the chain of custody, then you have to pay more for that.
