  Terrible customer service. They were rude and had attitude. Our appointment was scheduled for 1:15 we got there at 1 and it’s 2:46 and we still haven’t left. I missed my game because of their inability to be on time and complete their job.

  Terrible attitude and completely unprofessional. I came in to send documents abroad, and the lady behind the counter actually complained out loud to the entire line that it was going to take longer because she had to type my info into the system—basically blaming me for doing her own job! ​Right before that, she turned away someone who just wanted to pay their PO Box because the person who handles it was "on vacation." Seriously? So basic things just don't get done? She clearly didn't want to do any actual work and took it out on everyone waiting. Save yourself the headache and go to a different location.

  I visited this location to mail four Priority Mail Express Flat Rate envelopes, two of which were prepaid returns. The clerk immediately directed me to the self-service machine, claiming she wouldn't be able to provide me with a tracking number at the counter. It makes zero sense that a premium service wouldn't include tracking at the register only on the machine. When I tried using the kiosk, it kept prompting me to weigh the empty return envelopes even after selecting flat rate, forcing me to abandon the machine and wait in line all over again. Once I finally reached the counter, the same clerk repeatedly took other customers ahead of me, excusing it by saying my transaction would "take longer because she had to type a lot of stuff.", and kept telling others in the queue that she would take longer because of the service I was ordering, the priority express. Overall, this was an incredibly frustrating experience. Management urgently needs to retrain this employee (Clerk 13) on both basic customer communication and the proper way to process services.

  Slow service. Only one worker with long line. USPS needs to start providing at least free tape for boxes even a small amount

  I do not recommend this location for a passport application. I had an appointment, showed up 10 minutes early like instructed, but whoever responsible for taking applications never came to work. I left when a female clerk told me she was working alone and did not know what time her "Senior Clerk" would come to work. It was out of her control she said. I would be FIRED if I treated my patrons this way. Fortunately, I was able to make a same day appointment with the County at 1600 Pacific Highway. They offer free underground parking off of Ash Street. I was in and out in 15 minutes including a photo shoot.
