  Extremely unhelpful. It's rare, very rare I get mad, but I came out fuming, the woman behind the counter told me straight up she would not help me when I was confused by customs regulations , she said she ONLY receives packages. I walked out unable to send my package. I do NOT recommend.

  Went there for my son’s passport and they are by far the friendliest post office I’ve ever been too. They answered all my questions and helped me with the process. They were busy but moving very quickly without forgetting their excellent customer service.

  I had one of the most frustrating experiences at this USPS location. I brought in a desktop computer for shipment that contained nothing more than the standard CMOS/BIOS button-cell battery installed on the motherboard. The employee refused to accept the package, insisting it could not be shipped, despite USPS Publication 52 clearly allowing button-cell batteries installed in equipment. It is unacceptable for customers to be turned away because employees do not know USPS’s own regulations. I wasted my time making a trip to this location only to be given incorrect information. Staff should be properly trained on USPS shipping policies before refusing customers’ packages. I will be taking my business to another USPS location where employees actually understand the rules. I cannot recommend this branch based on my experience.

  I’ve gone here many times. Generally it is ok for a post office. Today could be a lesson for the manager to improve some processes. It was busy at 2. One person working the desk. The lady being helped had lithium batteries to mail and had the wrong label and for some reason it took 10 minutes to explain that to her before she ran out of the office with her box while all of us waited. Then another guy comes out to help but the other lady leaves. I fill out the forms that were in the desk while waiting. I finally get tot the front when the guy tells me I have one of the forms but not both so he grabs one and hands it to me and tells me to step aside. I told him I was trying to save time by filling out in the 30 minutes I was in line and that form wasn’t in the desk (it should be- return receipt form). Why don’t they fill them up in the am at opening or closing as part of the SOP? I fill it out wait for him to help the person after me, and then his computer freezes. After two reboots I ask him to switch to one of the three vacant computers and he says he is logged in so he can’t. Why have empty computers that serve no purpose? I left after 35 minutes accomplishing nothing. Went to another office and two people were working the front - was helped in less than ten minutes. Do better
