- SPSydney PSep 2, 20261.0Missing mail from PO Box and unprofessional handling of the issue. For over two weeks, USPS Informed Delivery has shown letters arriving for my PO Box, but the box has remained empty. A supervisor later informed me that an employee named Jose failed to put my name on the PO Box, which resulted in my mail not being placed there. I was assured the issue would be corrected and my letters would be available that day, but they were still missing when I returned. I then waited 30–40 minutes to speak with an employee and another 15–20 minutes for a manager. When an employee asked whether the manager, Daniel, would come out to speak with me, Daniel shouted from behind the employee area, “No, I will not be coming out.” I was calm and polite throughout the interaction. Daniel’s refusal to speak with me about missing mail caused by an error at this location was extremely unprofessional. I am requesting that USPS determine what happened to my letters, advise whether they were misplaced or returned to sender, and address both the failure to properly set up my PO Box and Daniel’s conduct.
