- DKDavid Keyte3 days ago2.0Staff is friendly and courteous enough. I printed out a label for package and put the package in the bin, because the line was long and it moves slow. It was never scanned and disappeared. I have no proof if I actually mailed it so insurance doesn't work either. Now I have to wait and have them scan every package I ship.

I had a unique question that couldn't be answered by online FAQs or the 800# staff, but Nidia listened to my situation, asked clarifying questions and then explained solutions to me clearly. She went above and beyond all expectations and showed true kindness. Nidia made the Pacific Beach post office look great and she deserves this 5-star review!
