  Customer Service was great, service was fast, and got my package returned instantly. Highly Recommend and Local. Employees are very friendly as well.

  This review is a long time coming. I had the best service at this location from Zainab. I had about 15-20 large Amazon returns to make, large enough that I had to make 3 trips from my car to the store with a wagon. This day was very hot. 85 degrees, and uncomfortable humidity. I was sweating bullets with all the movement, and I'm grateful that Zainab went above and beyond to help me. She helped print labels; she patiently waited for me to sort my items and held the transactions in between the trips to my car. All while helping multiple guests at the store! She was great, helpful, and just someone who "gets" it. Thank you so much, Zainab.

  The store used to be very good w nice ladies at the counters but today there was a long line only 1 person at the counter and the other guy was rude and looked like he hated his job . He expect everyone to use the machine to print labels and do everything on your own . If we all know how to use the machine system then he would be without a job soon ! I went to return a simple Amazon package and left very unhappy . Next time I will go try another ups store .

  Excellent experience. Brandy was super helpful in looking at options in getting a large package shipped across country at a reasonable price. And was able to print the label when my phone was uncooperative. Much appreciated.
