Followed the return instructions (no need to box and just bring them to the nearest UPS store) to drop off a package a week ago, I was unable to do it due to can’t be packed in a clear bag at the machine needs assistance. The young man at the registry was not helpful and informed me that they will have to charge me for package. Since it didn’t write on my written instructions, I’m not gonna do that. Before I left, I even asked him if he could provide me with the scan info. He told me he canceled everything, can’t print out bla bla bla. However, since he scanned my QI code previously, so after I packed my package at home, when I return to store today, this barcode is no longer working. Now he’s basically tells me “I messed up, but you are on your own. Not my problem.” This really sucks!
I was dropping off a UPS package, and I have to make another trip to USPS. Louis offered to help me drop it off the next day since USPS was closed at the time. Great service! Shout out to Louis who worked on 4/21/26.

I love this store! They have been nice and helpful every time I come in. Brandy even went above and beyond while business was busy she took the time to help me with the glitch on my Amazon app to complete a return.

Do not go here for passport picture. Employees were nice but it took an hour for my passport picture to be ready. In addition, They didnt show me the picture and i only saw them after I paid. $20 bucks for a dark and blurry passport picture. Never again.
I recently took my Indian passport photos at UPS in this place , but I ran into some issues uploading the soft copies they provided. I reached out for help, and there was one guy, Christian, who was absolutely excellent. He was incredibly cool and patient, and he supported me until my issue was fully resolved.
Because of the photo issues, I needed to replace the notarized photos with new ones, and Christian didn’t hesitate at all. He guided me through the entire process with patience and a smile, even when things weren’t working smoothly.
Honestly, I haven’t seen anyone as cool and patient as him at any store. What a lovely person! Thanks again!!
